I live outside of Alberta, can I buy from you?
Yes, that is the beauty of internet shopping. We would be happy to process and ship your order to you.

How do I pay for my order?
We accept both Visa® and MasterCard® for payment of online purchases. If you live outside of Canada, we charge your credit card in Canadian dollars.  For onsite sales, we are able to also offer debit services.

What are the shipping fees?
For a Canadian order, actual shipping fees will be determined at the time your order is processed.  Your order and actual cost of shipping fees will be detailed on your invoice which will be sent to your email account.  A paper invoice will also be included in your package.

Within Canada, we ship via Canada Post and Purolator.  Shipping one or two sweatshirts in Canada costs on average $9.75 to $15.00 per shipment. Orders are shipped within 24 hours on business days and should be received in 2 to 3 business days based on shipping standards.

All orders shipped into the USA are shipped via the US and Canadian postal service or Purolator. In most cases, the package will take between 5 and 15 business days to arrive based on delivery standards. If your package is coming into the US, please remember to allow extra time for your order to clear customs. 

If you live outside of North America, shipping rates will vary depending on the weight of the package and the country to which it is being shipped. We only charge you the true cost of shipping. This is the fee that we are paying to ship your order.

How do you ship your orders?
We ship through Canada Post and Purolator courier.  If you would like to ship through another method, please let us know and we will contact you with an estimate of the shipping costs and options.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
All orders are shipped within 24 hours of you placing your order. Orders are shipped five days a week, Monday through Friday. The time it takes to receive your order will vary depending on where you live. Shipping within Canada can take from as little as 2 to 3 business days based on Canada Post and Purolator shipping standards.

Can I fax in my order?
Yes, if you wish, you can fax in your order. Our fax number is (403) 335-4203. Please use our printable order form and ensure you provide us with the required contact and payment information.

Can I come to your store?
At The Barn Door does not have a walk-in retail location for you to visit however we do travel to events and retail shows. Please check out our event schedule for the opportunity to purchase from us in person. If you know of an event that we do not currently have listed on our events page and would like to see us there, please contact us with the details.

Do you sell wholesale?
We are a retail company. We are unable to offer any of the products we carry at wholesale prices.
